THIS is a transcript of two out of three tapes on the “New World System.” Tapes one and two were recorded in 1988 and are the recollections of Dr. Lawrence Dunegan regarding a lecture he attended on March 20, 1969 at a meeting of the Pittsburgh Paediatric Society. The lecturer at that gathering of paediatricians (identified in tape three recorded in 1991) was a Dr. Richard Day (who died in 1989). At the time, Dr. Day was Professor of Paediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York. Previously he had served as Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

JEWS were the original revolutionaries who headed the Communist movements in every single country in East Europe when they originally seized power. While often playing a “behind the scenes role” in the initial stages, Jews later became the open leaders of Communism.

After the First World War; Romania had a Jewish population of 850,000. or 5% of the population. They dominated law, commerce, banking and trade. At the same: time they founded the Romanian Communist Party which was headed by the Jews, Dr. Ghelerter, Spieegler, Schrieber and Anna Pauker.

Jewess Anna Pauker was the main Red leader in Romania before and after World War II. She was named dictator by Stalin in 1946. Anna Pauker’s real name Rabinsohn, was born into an Orthodox Jewish family. In 1910, at age 17, she was recruited into Marxism by her lover Herschel Steinberg. Later she would marry the Jew Marcel Pauker. They would become co-leaders of the ;Romanian Communist Party in 1928. In 1933, they tried to overthrow the government by taking .control of a railway strike which ended with a bloody attempt to seize Bucharest.

Due to her affluent relatives money was not a problem for because of the wealth she inherited from her mother and aunts. Albert was also the chief engineer of the Chicago Sewage District. Her marriage to Albert produced a son, Kirkpatrick (1920-2003) who was a famous Chicago lawyer and a daughter, Elizabeth Jane who was also a lawyer.

In the 1920’s she joined the Chicago based Reveres until she had a falling out with the leader of the Reveres, a retired Army Lt. Col. Edwin Marshall Hadley.

Lt. Col. Edwin Marshall Hadley had organized a number of chapters of his anti-Jewish organization The Paul Reveres in the Chicago area and he wrote three books on the Jewish origins of Bolshevism.

Dining attended several of his meetings but disagreed with him on the issue of the Jews. At that time she believed that Communism was not Jewish even if the majority of leaders of the Communist Movement in America were racial Jews.

Later the Dilling family travelled widely, and visited the Soviet Union. They spent a month there, and she filmed what some of the atrocious conditions and anti-Christian activities of the Jews in that country. Especially alarming to Dilling was their Soviet guide’s proclaiming, “Our world revolution will start with China and end with the United States!
When she returned home to Illinois, she went on a tour showing her movies and telling those attending her lec­tures that the Soviet “workers’ paradise” was anything but a “paradise”.

This article by Major C. H. Douglas was originally published in 1938. It is re-published for the benefit of those who have not previously read it as well as to keep it on record.

The Times of August 15, 1938, reprints under the heading “An Italian Tirade” what is presumably a précis of an article by Signor Giovanni Ansaldo in the Gazetta Del Popolo of Turin.

Signor Ansaldo’s thesis is the increasingly close alliance between the Jews and the British Empire, and the origin of this alliance in Puritanism.

Even as reported by The Times, the article has much interest, not merely for the Social Credit Movement, but for the general public, since it must be obvious to any detached observer that the Jewish question is one which goes to the root of the political problems on which the world appears to be heading for a shipwreck.

A great deal of the normal comment upon this matter is superficial, and even neurotic. But to say that there is no problem is to copy the lady who said that “the whole regiment is out of step except Johnny.” It is a problem which arises spontaneously in one country after the other. It has never been non-existent in historical times, and has certain easily recognizable characteristics following s well-known historical course.

THE WAVE OF SOCIAL UNREST which goes through the world and prevents us from enjoying peace, has its hidden sources in Germany, and in Bolshevist Russia. The agitation which makes the working men believe that they can indefinitely increase their salaries and reduce their hours of work, uses everywhere to a great extent the funds which the Bolshevists have robbed in Russia and Ukraine.

German money has created in Eastern Galicia the Rutheno-Ukrainian party which pretends to represent thirty millions of Ruthenians; who mostly know nothing of the Galician politicians speaking in their name. German money has created the Bolshevist revolution in Russia and has supplied the Bolshevists with the necessary sophisms, paradoxes and fal­sehoods in order to poison the life of the Russian working man and to destroy the work of generations. Germany has still money enough to organise armies against Poland, and has men enough to supply Ruthenians and Bolshevists with officers. And Germany succeeds in persuading the Allies that a strong Poland is not necessary, and that a strong Germany will pay the war debt sooner than a Germany conscious of defeat.

Every concession made to Germany prevents the cons­ciousness of defeat, without which there is no peace for the world. The Allies seem to have forgotten everything that they have learnt about the Germans during the war. They are anxious to please the defeated enemy. They did not allow the Polish army formed in France to reach Poland through Dantzig. They did not respect the expert’s opinion twice reasserted, that Dantzig should belong to Poland. They offer further concessions to Germany at the expense of Poland, and they are not aware that in 1919, as in 1683, a strong Poland is the only hope of Europe against oriental despotism, whether this despotism be called Tsarism or Bolshevism.

The agent provocateur may be a paid, or unpaid agent enlisted by the enemies of our folk. His function is to infiltrate, disrupt, and/or destroy.

Like a Trojan Horse, the agent provocateur works to destroy our folkish communities from within. He does this by first winning the trust and confidence of those he has targeted.

There are two kinds of provocateurs: the soft provocateur, and the hard provocateur. Both are dangerous to the kindred, so be on guard.

The soft provocateur is an expert at the three D’s of destruction: Dissension, distraction, and disruption.

His arsenal includes fabrications, distortions, misrepresentations, and misinformation. He spreads slander systematically and craftily; seeking to undermine the kindred leadership, and thus deny it of it’s driving force.

He plants seeds of doubt with the object of turning the kindreds attentions away from folkish activity, and instead diverting it and it’s resources against itself. His modus operandi is: divide and conquer!

WE OFFER THIS ARTICLE WITH PRAYER AND CONCERN for the innocent victims of oppression, especially those who had no part in the plans and aims of their leaders.  May God bless the victims of all atrocities — from Ruby Ridge and Chechnya and Mt. Carmel; all the way to Occupied Palestine (and now, Iraq – and possibly Iran), and sadly but predictably to New York and Washington.  These victims may now rest in peace.  We, however, shall have no peace until significant changes occur in the hearts and minds of Americans and their government, and when justice and fair play become components in our presently misguided and dangerous foreign policies.

WHEN THEODORE HERZL CONVENED THE FIRST ZIONIST CONGRESS in Basle, Switzerland, in 11/8/97 it was believed that a plan for world colonization of Jews was intended. It was not learned until years later that the meeting discussed a plan for world conquest. That plan is outlined in the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion; and it has been fully carried out.

The world is ruled by Zionism. The United Nations is the symbol of its authority. It is the super government outlined in the Protocols.

Before Herzl, Zionism was a spiritual dream. The old orthodox Jew who longed to be buried in Palestine, was regarded as a Zionist. Political Zionism was unknown. Since Herzl, Zionism became the instrument for the fulfilment of the protocol plan for world conquest. Virtually all that has happened to the human race since Herzl, is traceable to that plan. Virtually all that has happened to the United States, is due to Zionism.

In 1904, Kuhn, Loeb & Co. financed Japan against Russia. In 1915, there was rebellion in the Russian navy. In 1910, Jacob H. Schiff demanded that President Taft abrogate our passport treaty with Russia. In 1917, Schiff, Warburg and their associates, and Lenin who overthrew the Russian Government. Their revolutionary followers murdered the Czar and his family and millions of persons in the Ukraine

THE GREAT MUSLIM SCHOLAR, Ibn Kathir, when discussing the origins of ‘Yajuj wa Ma’juj’ (Gog and Magog) – the people who traditionally inhabited the area between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, which is where the Khazar kingdom was originally situated – in his historical work, Al-Bidayah wa’l-Nihayah (The Beginning and the End), specifically states that “Gog and Magog are two groups of Turks, descended from Yafith (Japheth), the father of the Turks, one of the sons of Noah.”

It is interesting to note in passing that one of the questions which Hasdai ibn Shaprut [the treasurer, court physician and minister of (Caliph) Abdar-Rahman III (912-961 A.D.) in Spain] asked in his letter to [Khazar] King Joseph was whether the tribe of the Khazar Jews had any connection with the ‘lost’ ten tribes – that is, the ten tribes of the Tribe of Israel who, as we have already seen, became known as the Israelites (as opposed to the other two, who became known as the Judahites), and who were disowned by the Judahites, and who ‘disappeared’ after becoming conquered by the Assyrians [in 721 B.C.].

King Joseph categorically stated in his reply that there was no such connection whatsoever. In providing a genealogy of his people, King Joseph, writes Arthur Koestler in his book, The Thirteenth Tribe, “cannot, and does not, claim for them Semitic descent; he traces their ancestry not to Shem but to Noah’s third son, Japheth; or more precisely to Japheth’s grandson, Togarma, the ancestor of all Turkish tribes.”

WHEN PEOPLE THINK OF ENGLAND such terms as ‘Great Britain,’ ‘The Queen,’ ‘The Crown,’ ‘Crown Colonies,’ ‘London,’ The City of London,’ and ‘British Empire’ come to mind and blend together into an indistinguishable blur. They are generally looked upon as synonymous, as being representative of the same basic system.  During the 1950’s and 1960’s the author lived in England (London for five years) without even beginning to realize the vast difference that exists in the meaning of some of the above terms.

When people hear of ‘The Crown’ they automatically think of the King or Queen; when they hear of ‘London’ or the ‘The City’ they instantly think of the capital of England in which the monarch has his or her official residence.

To fully understand the unique and generally unknown subject we must define our terms:

When we speak of ‘The City’ we are in fact referring to a privately owned Corporation – or Sovereign State – occupying an irregular rectangle of 677 acres and located right in the heart of the 610 square mile ‘Greater London’ area.  The population of ‘The City’ is listed at just over four thousand, whereas the population of ‘Greater London’ (32 boroughs) is approximately seven and a half million.

The ‘Crown’ is a committee of twelve to fourteen men who rule the independent sovereign state known as London or ‘The City.’

‘The City’ is not part of England.  It is not subject to the Sovereign.  It is not under the rule of the British parliament.  Like the Vatican in Rome, it is a separate, independent state.  It is the Vatican of the commercial world.
